Zest Music Day

On Friday, Jo Palmer and I were kindly invited to attend a Zest Music Day at St. Elizabeth Hospice. We felt very privileged to be able to take part in the music therapy session and to see first hand the enormous difference music therapy is making to the young people at Zest.
